Community-Based Integrated Care Fellowship Program Commitment

The Community-based Integrated Care Fellowship is a 10-month program (September through June) and requires a time commitment of approximately 0.10 FTE, or an average of 4 hours per week for the duration of the program. As part of the Community-based Integrated Care Fellowship, each fellow will participate in the following areas:
 
Online Didactics
 
The online didactic commitment is approximately 3 hours per session for roughly 24 sessions spread across the fellowship program. In addition, a one-hour recommended synchronous session will be offered on Mondays from 4:00 - 5:00 pm for each didactic session. This example didactics schedule indicates approximate curriculum topics for the community-based program. 
 
Live Skills-Based Training
 
The in-person didactic commitment is four 2-day sessions held in Seattle (or via Zoom as needed depending on COVID restrictions).
 
Dates for the 2022-2023 cohort are the following Mondays and Tuesdays:
 
September 18-19, 2023
January 22-23, 2024
April 22-23, 2024
June 24-25, 2024
 
Dates for the 2024-2025 cohort will be posted once they are available. 
 
Mentorship
 
The mentorship commitment is an hour of one-on-one time monthly with a matched UW Integrated Care Training Program faculty member.
 
Quality Improvement (QI)
 
The quality improvement commitment is a 90-minute monthly synchronous QI call. Pre-work for each call is required as well as a quality improvement project.
