Yes, there is plenty of parking. Our designated parking is on the backside of the hotel in the convention area, and parking is included in the registration fee.
When entering the parking lot, you will retrieve a ticket at the gate, on the ticket it will read “1st Ticket”. During registration, we will provide a validated ticket that will read “2nd Ticket”, and you will need to submit both when you exit to receive free parking.
The hotel is located near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and provides a complimentary shuttle from the airport. In addition, there is the Link Light Rail station that is approximate two-minute walk to the DoubleTree Hotel. There are also several Metro buses that serve the area. For the most up to date information, please check the King County Metro website.

Yes, all the conferences sessions will be located in the DoubleTree Hotel.
We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the conference, so we recommend smart casual attire. And because meeting rooms are often cold or warm, you may wish to bring either a jacket or a sweater and dress in layers.
This conference will be on integrated care in general, and not one specific integrated care model.
If you are interested in a scholarship to cover the registration, please email uwictp@uw.edu with your Name, Degree/Credentials, State(s) where you are employed, and a Brief statement about how receiving a scholarship would help you attend the conference.
We will consider scholarship requests on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to include as many people as possible and allow clinics to bring their entire care team. We do not want to exclude anyone based on financial constraints. If there are people in your clinic who would only be able to attend with a scholarship, please have them reach out to us individually.
