About the Conference

Integrated care is increasingly called upon to serve the behavioral health needs of people of all ages. Supporting our patients across the lifespan requires thoughtful intention and critical innovations. Sustaining our integrated care programs, from initial launch to sustainment, demands we strengthen systems and support providers. Join a community of partners to share ideas, learn about clinical and community-level innovations in integrated care, and help improve behavioral healthcare and health equity in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
