Washington State Virtual Integrated Care Conference: Leveraging Integrated Care to Address Health Equity
Our communities across the State of Washington face challenges accessing quality mental healthcare yet demonstrate resiliency by developing innovations to address these inequities. The University of Washington AIMS Center invites you to join speakers representing diverse initiatives and projects to address mental health issues within our communities. Join our conversations to develop a deeper understanding of contextually relevant mental health care issues and learn about community-level innovations around integrated care. Together we can improve mental health care and health equity in our state!
Conference highlights:
- Keynote by Nathalie Moise, MD, MS, Director of Columbia University Implementation Science Research
- Keynote by Pamela Collins, MD, MPH, Director of the UW Global Mental Health Program
- Session threads on addressing health inequities, integrated care and telemedicine, and policy with diverse speakers from across the state
