Patricia (Tricia) Greim, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner in solo private practice in Kirkland, Washington, treating clients through a mix of in-person and telehealth care. A former ICU nurse at the VA and Indian Health Service, she helped transition the VA from paper to electronic health records and completed her federal career at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT. She completed a post-master’s certificate at Purdue University in 2021 (Boiler Up! Hammer Down!). She joined the fellowship to build collaborative care skills and learn ways a solo provider can extend psychiatric care to residents in rural Washington. In five years, there will be a clear path for solo practitioners to contribute to collaborative care in Washington state.
