About the Conference
Integrated care is increasingly called upon to serve the behavioral health needs of people of all ages. Supporting our patients across the lifespan requires thoughtful intention and critical innovations. Sustaining our integrated care programs, from initial launch to sustainment, demands we strengthen systems and support providers. This conference is open to medical and behavioral health clinicians in integrated care settings, program and clinic administrators, policymakers, peer supports, and other staff supporting integrated care work.
